...with a lovely large landing, leading to a Juliette balcony, 6m long, with views over the roof tops and with The Julian Alps in the backdrop.

There are 11 beautiful floor level windows, as well as rooflights, making these two bedrooms are very beautiful and full of character.

Attic level,

...two double bedrooms, with a double bed in each room, as well as 2 connectiong bedrooms approx. 40m2 in total, one with with 2 single beds and the other with 2 single beds - great for families travelling with children.

Outside, small courtyard, where you can have a BBQ, as well as an 8 seater firewood hot tub jacuzzi. There is public free parking opposite. The bus stop is opposite the house, and you can walk the Soca Valley River, near the LABRCA restaurant, in 15 minutes. 

Hot tub is NOT AVAILABLE June - July and August

You must additionally pay a tourist tax of between 1 and 2 euros per night per person, and your details registered with the authorities.
