Cross-border hike from Robidišče to Stupizza (Italy) | Soča Valley Hiking Festival

We will gather at Robidišče, where we will first walk through the history of this village in the village gallery and get to know the stories and incidents of this border village, which today is getting a brand new impetus. Who would have thought that it would become a refuge for individuals from all over the world during the years of emigration?
This is followed by a geographically very interesting hike along the outskirts of Veneto and the former riverbed of the Nadiža. First, we will walk along the local road that leads to Kobarid.
We will turn into the fairy-tale forest of Pradolina, where there used to be a local connecting route, but today the long-distance hiking trail Juliana Trail runs along it.
After about an hour's walk, we will head towards Italy and continue through the gorge towards the village of Štupca / Stupizza (Italy), which will also be our destination.
